How do I view my recent orders?

You can view your previous orders via the “My Account” link at the top of the website. Once you are on the “My Account” page, you can view orders that have already passed through PayPal, or you can pay for or cancel incomplete orders that have not yet been processed through PayPal.

What are the order statuses?

Pending – Order received (unpaid)
Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
Processing – Payment received and stock has been reduced- the order is awaiting fulfilment
Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action
On-Hold – Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment
Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer – no further action required
Refunded – Refunded by an admin – no further action required

My account

Do I need to have an account to purchase products?

No, an account is not required. You can checkout as a guest user.

How do I register for an account?

You can register for a new account, via the “My Account” link located at the top of the site. You also have the option to register at checkout.

How do I access my account?

You can access your account via the “My Account” link located at the top of the site. Once you click on this link, you will need to login providing your email address and password.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, you can select “change your password” from the my account page, or you can select “Change Password” from the “My Account” drop-down menu located at the top of the site.

How do I reset my lost password?

You can reset your lost password by clicking “Reset your password here” or “Lost password” links on the “My Account” page.

How do I update my billing and shipping address?

Once you are logged in, you can update your billing or shipping address via the “My Account” page by clicking the “edit” link located next to each address. Or you can update your address by clicking “Edit my Address” from the “My Account” drop-down menu located at the top of the site. If you change the shipping and/or billing address during the checkout process, the information will automatically be updated in your account settings.

Returns are generally not accepted. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will allow an exchange or give you a credit towards another piece.

Order processing

All orders are processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. You have the option to pay via a PayPal account or credit card.

Sales tax

Sales tax is required if you live in the state of Arizona.

Layaways

3 month layaway on items over $500. 1/3 payment is required each month. If not paid off, any monies previously paid will be forfeited.

Are the stones real?

YES! We use only natural gemstones. We do not use glass, plastic or crystals.

Do you make all the jewelry?

No, we make all the beaded jewelry but have people that do the silver work for us. Each piece is one of a kind and we offer only the finest, unique pieces from all over the world to offer our customers.

Shipping & Handling

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $34.95.

Domestic Shipping

United States orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $8.95.

How quickly can I ship something?

2-3 day turnaround, however if you need something right away, please call. We can ship Federal Express if you need it sooner.
